- Lot Description
One of a kind 1948 Leaf #32 Max Schmeling autographed boxing card graded VG 3 by PSA with a perfect 10 autograph. This example stands alone in PSA's Population Report as the only autographed copy that has been graded by the company. Schmeling autographed the card with great penmanship, accounting for the perfect grade.
His career was an impressive one, totaling a whopping 70 fights total and 39 wins by knockout. He was named Ring Magazine Fighter of the Year in 1930 and inducted to the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1992.
