- Lot Description
The famed “Tinker to Evers to Chance” double-play combination was the core of the Chicago Cubs from 1902-1912. Despite a rift between the two Hall of Fame infielders that would keep them from speaking to one another for 33 years, Tinker and Evers were graceful and efficient turning double plays for twelve years with the Cubs. This example of the coveted Evers makes a Safe Slide card from the T202 Hassan Triple Folder series was graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. The card has excellent centering and picture images for the grade, with only minor imperfections on the surface.
