- Lot Description
The Golden State Warriors came into the 2018-19 season hoping to become the first NBA team to three-peat since Kobe’s 2001-02 Lakers. Behind the leadership of Stephen Curry and his All-Star running mates Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant, it looked promising going into the playoffs as the Dubs held the #1 seed in the Western Conference. Alas, devastating injuries to KD and Klay paved the way for the Toronto Raptors to win the 2018 Finals. During the regular season Steph was, once again, Steph as he averaged 27.3 points with over five assists and five rebounds in 69 games. Featured here is a decorative, 1-of-1 pair of his Under Armour ‘Curry 5’ shoes conclusively photo-matched by ResMatch to one game that season. On December 10, 2018, the Warriors hosted the Minnesota Timberwolves at Oracle Arena, and Steph went off for 38 points (including seven treys), six dimes and seven boards in a 116-108 victory wearing these flashy camos.
The unique look of these Curry 5s came courtesy of popular Singapore-based sneaker boutique Limited Edt and renowned designer Mark Ong, better known as “Mr. Sabotage” (aka “SBTG”).

The Under Armour ‘Curry 5 SBTG’ single-game camouflaged shoes are each inscribed in typical Steph fashion on the outer midsoles with his initials “WSC” on the right and “I Can Do All Things…” on the left in black marker. There are obvious game-use attributes throughout, particularly on the outer toes and around the midsoles where contact marks from the hardwood and other players are present. An immaculate pair of Steph Curry gamers from the prime of his career, made even more valuable by the exclusive sneakerhead design element.
