LeRoy Neiman's "Frank at Rao's" is an Artist Proof from Neimans Private Collection. This amazing Serigraph on Paper, the very last Artist Proof, was aquired directly from the Foundation. It truly is the last piece available direct from the artist and as such qualiifes as a Neimans Neiman. It was just framed for the first time and will ship ready to hang. Image Dimension: 27 5/8 x 38.
