E. Howard & Co., Boston, Mass., "No. 70 Regulator" wall clock for Riggs & Bros., Philadelphia., walnut case, painted metal dial, spade hands, 8 day, weight driven brass movement. This clock was made by Howard and retailed by Riggs and Brothers.figured walnut case in very good condition in a old finish has a ding on the bottom bracket and a couple chips on inner edge of the top door, original painted dial has some loss a the mounting screws and at the winding arbor, some wear to the signature and numbers, original tablet, movement is signed, weight is stamped "70". ACCESSORIES: Pendulum, Weight, Winding Crank, Wall Hook , 31in x 15.5in x 4.75in
