DIAL: Tiny flake at edge and a few minor scratches. HANDS: Oxidation, tip of minute. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches on plate; Scratch encircling balance cock screw; Shallow gouge at barrel bridge screw; A few screws replaced; Some screw heads with minor marring.
