Chronographe Suisse, Switzerland a large rose gold wrist chronograph, 17 jewels, manual winding, rhodium plated Landeron cal. 48 movement with lever escapement in an 18 karat rose gold case with reptile grain leather strap, arabic numeral and dot marker copper tone dial with 30 minute register at 3:00, and constant seconds at 9:00, polished rose gold hands, 37mm, 43.5g TW, with handwritten provenance linking the timepiece to Holocaust survivor Stephen Guzik.CASE: Unpolished, retains evidence of the original graining; Bezel with a few shallow dents; Very fine scratches on outer surface of case; One lug with tiny dent; One lug with a few minor scratches; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Minor staining and loss at 11:00. HANDS: Minor bends. MOVEMENT PLATES: Balance cock with very fine scratches and pin pricks; Small spot of corrosion adjacent to minute register wheel; Hammer and clutch lever with a few small spots of oxide. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Not running, mainspring broken or unhooked; Runs with pressure on train. COMPLICATION: Chronograph mechanism complete, should function following proper service. ACCESSORIES: ,
