A Northwest Coast polychrome wood raven rattle, possibly Tlingit. Carved as a raven, shaman, frog and thin-beaked bird, perhaps a kingfisher, painted in red and black. The bird's head is loose; small crack; general rubbed wear. 12 3/4" long. ESTIMATE $1,000-1,500
