A 19th century American Curly Maple sewing stand. Single board, shaped top opens to reveal a compartmented interior over a conforming body with a single fitted drawer, on a turned stem supported by four scrolled legs terminating in ball feet. Older refinishing with minor wear, restored brass knobs. 22 1/2 x 16 x 32" high. ESTIMATE $2,000-3,000
