An early 20th century Italian porcelain figure group. Modeled as an 18th century style lady within a sedan chair, flanked by two men ready to assist her, on a naturalistic plateau base with scroll supports. Impressed 2069 and I0 underneath. A very small and minor firing crack near the top of the sedan chair and another at one foot; fine crack in the glaze at the underside; minor glaze chips, including to one foot and a scroll atop the chair. 13 3/4 x 16" high. ESTIMATE $300-500
