A Colt Model 1849 Pocket revolver. 31 caliber, percussion, 6-shot cylinder with stagecoach scene and "Colt's Patent No. 193743", with brass trigger guard, and attached loading lever. Stamped "Address Col. Saml. Colt New York U. S. America" along the octagonal barrel. Serial #193743; all visible serial numbers match. Walnut grips. Some areas of minor wear. Barrel 4" long, 9" long overall. ESTIMATE $600-800
