A circa 1900 Chinese silk robe displayed in a frame. Embroidered flowers and urns in shades of pink, green, yellow and blue on a dark blue ground, trimmed in white along the front and sleeves, design of birds among flowering branches, with five pairs of silk-covered buttons. Discoloration noted to the lining at the neck and along the front white border, including a few small brown stains. Folded garment 23 3/4 x 23 1/2" high, under glass in a contemporary gold frame, 27 3/4 x 27 3/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $600-800
