- Lot Description
After Maurice Leblanc, French, 1864-1941. Patinated metal sculpture modeled as an American Indian astride a running horse, tomahawk raised to strike a snake, on a naturalistic base, with dark brown, light brown, yellow, and green patina, Signed "Maurice Leblanc" along with a circular medallion enclosing, in part, "Francais, Paris, Made in France", and inscribed "BLOT" on the reverse. Wear noted to the patina. 31 x 9 1/2 x 25 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $400-600
