Vintage French Style Ansonia Mantel Clock. A gilt metal mantel clock made by the Ansonia Clock Company in the 19th-20th century. It features an ornate decorative frame with a circular clock face. "Manfd by Ansonia Clock Co. USA" is inscribed on the clockface. Ansonia was a major American clock manufacturer in the United States during the 19th and 20th centuries. Clockface is upside down. As is.
