Lois Brezinski was born in 1952 in Morristown, New Jersey, and began designing and drawing at a very young age. She went on to graduate from The Rhode Island School of Design before moving to New York City to work in the textile industry. After taking a cruise to Grand Cayman Island in the early 1990s she left the United States to live there, opening an art studio and gallery called Cayman Colors to pursue her first love. She also became fascinated with printmaking and was represented by the New York Graphic Society, which helped her get her large scale tropical landscapes and prints into hotels and resorts around the world. In 2006 she moved to Delray Beach to help as a caregiver for her older brother who was suffering from Parkinson’s Disease. She opened a new studio and gallery in nearby West Palm Beach called Lois Brezinski Artworks, and her artwork was selected for posters and exhibitions for local companies and organizations. The gallery was closed in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, but she continues to sell her art through an online store and offer workshops and art classes in the United States and abroad.
