Sight Size: 35 1/2 x 26 3/4 in.Anatole Krasnyansky (born 1930) is a Ukrainian-American artist known for his distinctive style that combines traditional and modern techniques, blending elements of architecture, surrealism, and abstract expressionism. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Krasnyansky trained as an architect and fine artist, receiving degrees from the Kiev College of Architecture and Art and the Lviv Polytechnic Institute. After immigrating to the United States in 1975, he developed a unique method of using textured watercolor paper to create layered, three-dimensional effects in his paintings. His works often explore themes of cultural identity and human experience, featuring vibrant colors and intricate compositions. Krasnyansky’s art has been exhibited internationally and is held in numerous private and public collections.
