Amadeu Casals Pons (B 1930) Spanish, Lithograph. Titled "Lady at the Races" Signed in lower right. Colorful lithograph of a lady at the horse races. Wearing a big white floppy hat with a red flower. Also wearing a red spotted fur coat. Signed in lower right in pencil. 204/275 in pencil in lower left. Proceeds from this sale will benefit students at the Ringling College of Art & Design. Amadeu Casals Pons is a Spanish Postwar & Contemporary artist who was born in 1930. Born in Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona) in 1930. Son of a goldsmith, he was self-trained and first started painting in the late 1950's. His first individual exhibition was held in 1953 in the Sala de Vilassar de Dalt.
