14 K Gold tone clasp. 18 white pearls. Modern.
Box Size: 8 x 2 1/8 x 1 in.
Bracelet Size: 8 1/2 x 3/8 in.

Cultured freshwater pearls are pearls that are farmed and created using freshwater mussels, as opposed to those that occur naturally (but rarely). They are produced in Japan, the United States, and, on a much larger scale, in China. Quality of cultured freshwater pearls is evaluated through a grading system of a series of A values, based on luster, shape, surface, color and matching.
The intertwined “VVV” mark on the 14 K Gold band indicates this was produced by World Wide Imports, which opened in Kent, Washington in 1975 and distributed to major retailers throughout the country but went out of business in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
