- Lot Description
A large, heavy and impressive etrog box, cast in sterling silver, with applied and hand chased figures intricately depicting a ritual prayer service for Sukkot holding etrog in one hand and lulov in the other. The top further engraved in hebrew, likely with the corresponding prayer. The circumference of the box with incredible applied hand wrought silver embelishments incorporating various Judaic symbolisms and landmarks. 2nd half 20th Century. Marked sterling.
