- Lot Description
Emile Galle (French 1846-1904) pottery faience, Centerpiece bowl, Egyptian Revival, winged form with serpents and papyrus in gold, blue and lavender on an off-white ground. Central cartouche has delicate landscape scenes, one with a horse and rider. Marked “E. Galle a Nancy” with additional incised words. 19th Century.
Measures: 14.25 x 4.75 x 4.5 inch
