Condition
Original one owner vehicle purchased in Germany in 1984 and imported to the United States. Very well maintained and garage kept it's entire life. Comes with mostly all of its original paperwork and service records. Rusty Jones rust protection was applied to the car. Car drives very smooth, shifts properly, does not appear to have any mechanical issues. A new battery has been installed as well as an oil change. Hard top comes off as it should to reveal the convertible soft top. Everything operates very smoothly on this car. It has one key and comes with a CLEAN TITLE. Power windows, radio, horn, locks, electric antenna, interior lights, all work. Odometer reads 109691 but does not turn, dash lights do not work. Looks to be mostly all original parts, and has never been in any accidents. Please contact RIVICH AUCTION for any questions or to schedule an inspection.

Once an item(s) is marked sold at auction, RA is no longer responsible in any way for the lot. If the item(s) are not paid for / do not have arranged shipping 7 days post auction, RA will charge a $10 per day / per item holding fee on smaller items. Large items, such as furniture / oversized pieces, will be charged a $50 per day / per item holding fee. From that point, the buyer has 3 more weeks to claim their item(s). After one month from the auction sale date, if any item(s) is not paid for or does not have arranged shipping set in place, the item(s) will then be released back to RA. There will be no refunds if the item(s) released back to RA. All sales are final and negligence to arrange shipping does not imply that any sort of refund is warranted. For item invoices not paid for, RA holds the right to charge holding fees and or cancel the sale. Please see our “Non-Payment” section. Buyers can handle shipping on their own with preferred shipping methods/carriers - we will work with you and your carriers. If you would like to use our in-house shipping, pay and arrange for shipping with our in-house shipping manager, Michael. Call/text him at 219-670-1058 or email at shipping@rivichauction.com. Any item(s) packaged/shipped/handled by RA are subject to handling fees. If you choose to ship with a third-party service, Rivich Auction will require a written authorization from you, the buyer, to release the property to phone any third party.
