Taken from nature, altered, then returned as a gift to fit between human and natural.
The secret of this nest is carefully cutting the 14 x 12 x 12-inch block in half, then routing the space of the nest cavity. The block is then sealed back into a solid piece. The nest is sized to house flycatchers, phoebes, martins, swallows, and some species of wrens. This monolithic, seamless, jewel-like form is finished in completely nontoxic natural oils that will protect the wood and allow it to age gracefully.
