Coin Highlights: In 1783, John Chalmers of Annapolis issued Silver three pence to reduce the extent of worn out Spanish-American Silver in circulation. The three pence are much rarer than the Long and Short Worm shillings that typically represent Early American type sets. PCGS encapsulation guarantees the coins AU-58 condition.
