Escher, Maurits Cornelius (Dutch, 1898-1972). Rippled Surface, linocut. 1950. Printed with blocks, in black and brown-gray. Initialed & dated u.l. in plate. Pencil signed l.l. “MC Escher”, and l.r. “eigen druk”. Framed under glass. Image: 10 ¼” x 12 ½”.
