Jacob Sackreuter, Frankfurt engraved triple barrel drilling, with 20 gauge shotgun under two 12 mm rifle barrels, the back lock and receivers with different engraved hunting scenes including dogs with a boar hog, quail, and two different stag hunting scenes, all with foliate engraved surrounds including break lever, trigger guard, and butt plate, the checkered walnut stock with cheekpiece and openwork scroll, enameled folding rear sight, double triggers, 25 1/4" barrels.
