Besides the intricacy of its layering,the encrusted crystal overlay creates a brilliant effect, especially as you move about the painting HyunAe Kang is a famous South Korean Artist, who combines traditional Korean Painting, with WesternAbstract Imagery, using natural material, to create innovative mixed-media work that are rich in bothcolor and texture. Hyun Ae Kang's artwork resides in the permanent collections of the Art Museum ofSeoul, the Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center in Anaheim, California. And the Brea Museum andCultural Center and Historical Society in California. In 2021, Kang's work will also be featured in anupcoming retrospective at Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center in Anaheim, California. The exhibitionwill be the first retrospective for the artist in the United States and will showcase works from her earlycareer in South Korea, as well as her most recent projects.
