- Lot Description
A beautifully engraved map of the Mediterranean and environs illustrating the voyages of Jason and the Argonauts and the tale of the Golden Fleece. This map was taken from Abraham Ortelius' map of that appeared in his Parergon (Van den Brocke #226). This map appeared in Jansson's historical atlas.
Condition
Good condition save for some repaired work holes in the upper margin and minor splitting along upper and lower centerfold. Black & white.
