Regency Mantel Clock by Kenneth MacLennan, London
Brass inlaid case, early 19th C., 8-day time only movement.
14 x 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 in. (35.6 x 19.1 x 11.4 cm.)Condition
Not fusee. Lacking pendulum. Silk sides with tears which are coming undone. Shrinkage cracks to veneers and substrate. Repair to face door at hinge. Some wear and scratches to clock face (primarily around winding hole). Small triangular patch to veneer to top board at back corner. Typical bruising and wear consistent with age and use. Otherwise, good condition. Not checked for working order. Thank you for your interest in our upcoming sale.
