Provenance: By descent in the family of Walter Leighton Clark (1859-1935)
29 x 35 1/4 x 20 in. (73.7 x 89.5 x 50.8 cm.)Condition
LOT 412:CHIPPENDALE CARVED WALNUT DRESSING TABLE Top is new. Interior of one case side has portion of butterfly patch. Central drawer divides/guides replaced. Drawers look to be 18th C. However, suspect that the piece was made to deceive, late 19th C. or partially composed of old parts. Has great color and a rich brown surface. But temper your bidding accordingly.
