Bronze Bust of John Augustus Roebling (1806-1869)
John A. Roebling was most well know for designing and build the wire suspension Brooklyn Bridge and his company was the cable contractor for the Golden Gate Bridge.
Provenance: Pook & Pook, Downingtown, PA, January 11-12, 2019, lot 506
28 x 22 x 10 in. (71.1 x 55.9 x 25.4 cm.)Condition
Light surface wear and faint scratches/abrasions. No visible dents, damages or repairs. Some wear to top of head. Otherwise in overall good condition with nice presence.
