Blue sapphire, emerald and diamond triple station necklace by Carlo Weingrill of Verona Italy circa 1980's vintage. 18kt (stamped 750) yellow gold, machined solid curb link chain and custom cast stations. Design features a center fixed bezel set cluster with one oval blue sapphire cabochon (measuring approximately 13.05 x 9.10 x 5.46mm). The blue sapphire is flanked on each side by one 4.5mm round natural emerald cabochon and twelve full-cut diamond melee (each measuring approximately 2.5 to 3.0mm) accent the top and bottom of the cluster. To each side of the center cluster is a slightly smaller cluster each centering one oval emerald cabochon (each measuring approximately 9.35 x7.95 x5.37mm), flanked by two 4.5mm round blue sapphire cabochons with a total of ten full-cut diamond melee (each measuring approximately 2.5 to 2.6mm), set top and bottom of the
clusters. The clusters are all fixed on a graduated solid curb link chain
measuring 8.75mm at the front and tapering to 7.05mm at the clasp.
The piece measures 18 1⁄8 inches in length inclusive of the plunger style clasp with figure eight safety mechanism.
Workmanship is excellent. Condition is very good. (Total 73.98 gross penny weights). #15 VRTM. Estimated total (32) diamond melee weight 2.10 carats.

All shipping is outsourced. All buyers and shippers must come prepared with appropriate packing materials and help for heavy items. Our staff will not be available to help move heavy items. If payment is made by check, items will be held 7 business days before an item is released for shipping.
Items can be picked up in person or by a shipper at 14 Business Park Drive - Unit 5, Branford, CT - BY CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact the gallery 24 hours in advance to make an appointment. Pickup can be scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9am - 3pm beginning the Monday after the date of the auction. Please note that all first-time buyers that wish to pick items up in person must pay with cash.

Purchased items that have been paid for but not picked up or shipped from our auction facility within 21 days of the auction will be stored at a rate of $10 per day per lot for furniture and larger items and $5 per day per lot for smaller items. A moving fee of $25 going into storage and $25 going out of storage will be added. Storage fees and late fees must be paid before items are released. There are no exceptions.
Items not picked up within 60 days of the auction date will be considered in default and become the property of New England Auctions.
