Geometric design patterns woven in a fresh palette of modern upbeat colors decorate the vibrant field of this vintage Moroccan rug woven in the mid 20th century. The bright orange and purple of this colorful and vibrant Moroccan Berber rug brings the colors of spring flowers into the room. This magnificent vintage purple color Moroccan rug, woven in the mid 20th century, represents the craftsmanship and traditions of the tribal peoples of Morocco. The designs of the rugs feature distinctive abstract patterns that experienced a resurgence in popularity during the middle of the 20th century.
Vintage Moroccan rugs add an organic quality to the rug that serve to break up the harsh lines of mid-20th century architecture and interiors by adding a handmade and organic quality.
