Beautiful Room Size Geometric Oriental Design Tribal Turkish Kars Vintage Rug, Origin: Turkey, Circa date: Vintage – This gorgeous Kars rug features a traditional design with elements that you often find in rugs throughout Persia, Turkey, and Caucasian regions. Kars is a city in Turkey that has a long history of rug making. It has also been occupied by many different groups throughout the ages. Each of these groups left its mark on the traditional designs of artwork in the area. Many of the rugs were produced by Kurdish tribes, and have developed into a unique style due to exposure to many of the groups that have inhabited and traveled through the area.Condition
