- Lot Description
This is a very seldom found United States Navy standard divers knife, aka Mark V knife. This one was made by Union Cutlery Company and is the famous KA-BAR. The knife has a coating of very old and possibly WW2 era Cosmoline grease on it, which appears to have preserved the blade perfectly. The company stamps are very clear on the base of the blade. The wood handle is in excellent condition with a nice patina to the surface. Interestingly it appears that a Vince company swivel pommel has been installed. The loop is larger than standard and is likely a vintage repair. This unique pommel can be switched out with a standard one if so desired. Brass sheath is in excellent original condition. Difficult to find USN knife!

Worldwide shipping is available; however, no ocean freight will be offered on large items. DHL express is an option for international shipments under 600 pounds via air.
