This is an impressive ships hull plaque from the tug boat Turecamo Boys, hull #311. This ship was built in 1945, later renamed The Blue Star and then lost to history unfortunately. We can tell you that the ships plaque is currently in Wichita, KS and looking for a new home! Solid brass plaque weighing 7 pounds and measuring 14 inches wide and 10 inches tall. Plaque reads TUG BOAT TURECAMO BOYS; DESIGNED BY; MERRITT DEMAREST; TOTTENVILLE, NEW YORK, NY; ENGINE BY GENERAL MOTROS COPR.; CLEVELAND, OHIO; BUILT BY JAKOBSON SHIPYARD INC; OYSTER BOY, NEW YORK; HULL NO. 311 1945.
All items will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery and full insurance either via FedEx or the USPS Priority Mail. Worldwide shipping is available; however, no ocean freight will be offered on large items. DHL express is an option for international shipments under 600 pounds via air.
