Rare Collection of Sharon Tate Original Press Release Photographs and Movie Posters 1960s onwards to consist a large quantity of personal and film photographs mostly black and white, with press stamps to the reverse, various sizes, some later, over 130, selection of original photograph negatives (25+) t/w 2 x Original 12+1 Movie Posters 106 x 71cm and 120 x 160cm and The Wrecking Crew Film Poster 68 x 104cm, all with folds but generally in good clean condition, superb collector's items (150+) (1 Box) Note: Sharon Marie Tate (1943 -1969) was an American actress and model. During the 1960s she played small television roles before appearing in several movies. She also appeared regularly in fashion magazines as a model and cover girl. In 1968, in London Tate married Roman Polanski, her director and co-star in The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967). She was eight-and-a-half months pregnant with the couple's son, when she was murdered in her home, along with four others, by a group known as the Manson Family on August 9, 1969. Tate's last completed film, 12+1 (co-starring Orson Welles), was released in 1969 after her death, with the actress receiving top-billing - Shipping Info
