It was given as a gift to the Chief Flight Engineer for the primary aircraft Beechcraft King Air Super 200, call sign G-HLUB. Based at Denham Aerodrome in Buckinghamshire, frequent passengers included company executives from other holdings and other high profile friends and associates of the Chairman, which included Margaret Thatcher and HRH The Prince of Wales. On one occasion the Chief Flight Engineer and Captain were called upon to collect Mark Thatcher and fly him back to the UK in the company aircraft following the incident when he had gone missing in the Sahara desert for 6 days during the 1982 Paris-Dakar rally
