Judaica Medicine Sir John Simon Autographed Letter with Wellington St Thursday to the top, undated, to a woman 'La Rachel does not perform till Monday night, which is said to be her last appearance. She then impersonates Roxons in Racine's play of Bajazet, and this is accounted by the cognoscenti one of her finest characters', single sheet, size 11 x 18cm approx. minor tears, text good. Note: Sir John Simon (1816-1904) was an English physician, first medical officer of health in City of London and to central government. - Shipping Info
