México: Impreso por Manuel F. Redondas, 1848. 8o. marquilla, 21 p. Encuadernado en rústica. Crítica a los fundamentos del acuerdo de paz con los Estados Unidos, y por el cual México se vio obligado a ceder la mitad de su territorio: "Ha conocido por fin la luz pública la resolución de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, sobre el ocurso que le dirigieron once señores diputados, reclamando la inconstitucionalidad de los tratados de paz, celebrados últimamente con el gobierno de los Estados - Unidos…".
