México: Librería Madrileña, 1901. 8o. marquilla, VIII + 388 + XXI p. De puntos a surcos de polilla en margen inferior de pasta anterior a página 380. Lomo gastado. Encuadernado en pasta dura, lomo en piel. Juan de la Torre (1852 - 1920) fue abogado, político y escritor. Director de la Biblioteca Pública de Morelia; diputado federal varias veces y fundador de la Biblioteca Jurídica Mexicana. El presente comprende el texto de la Constitución con Adiciones, Reformas y Leyes Orgánicas, anotadas, concordadas y explicadas. Cuenta con la discusión de cada artículo: leyes electorales, vías de comunicación, expropiación, amparo, licencia a los empleados federales, libertad provisional, aprovechamiento de aguas, entre otros.
