New York: Harper and Brothers, 1850. 4o. marquilla, portada + XIII a 524; portada + III a 650 p. Tomo I: Cuatro planos de batallas. Tomo II:
Diez planos de batallas, entre los que se encuentran "Battle of Palo Alto, Battle of Resaca de la Palma, Monterrey, Siege of Veracruz, Route from Vera Cruz to Mexico, Valley of Mexico, Storming of Chapultepec". Cofias y pie deteriorados. Encuadernación original de época en pasta dura. Piezas: 2. El autor fue Mayor durante la Guerra, y participó en las batallas de Monterrey, Veracruz, Cerro Gordo, Contreras, Churubusco, Molino del Rey, Chapultepec, y la captura de la ciudad de México. Estuvo a las órdenes de los generales Zachary Taylor y Gideon Pillow.
