1847 - La Legislatura del Estado Libre y Soberano de México a los Habitantes del Mismo.
Toluca: Impreso por Quijano y Gallo, 1847. 8o. marquilla, 11 p. Sin pastas y sin lomo. Comunicación publicada por la Legislatura del Estado de México en relación a la situación de la guerra con los Estados Unidos. Fue editado tras la derrota del ejército mexicano en la batalla de Cerro Gordo y previendo el inminente ataque a la Ciudad de México. Establece un incremento en los impuestos y llama a las armas a todo aquél que se encontrare en condición de enfrentar al enemigo, sugiriendo comenzar a adoptar como estrategia la guerra de guerrillas en contra de los norteamericanos.
