Firmado y fechado 69 Óleo sobre tela sobre masonite "Ante la imposibilidad de dedicarse a la música, profesión mal vista por su padre, un severo militar japonés, Kishio Murata se hizo pintor, disciplina en la que logró consolidarse como uno de los principales exponentes del abstraccionismo de ese país oriental. Sin embargo, nunca logró o no quiso apartarse de ésa, a la que desde edad muy temprana asumía como su vocación natural, la relacionada con el arte sonoro, al extremo de asegurar que, más que pinturas, lo suyo era componer obras musicales con colores
