"Conciudadanos: la Providencia proteje la justicia de nuestra causa... acabo de recibir el parte... del Comandante Militar de Chalco... solo trescientos dragones a las órdenes de los grandes Generales el Sr. Bustamante y el Sr. Echávarri, fueron bastantes para rendir a más de cuatrocientos capitulados, y hacerles prisioneros de guerra después de cuatro horas de vivo fuego en las lomas de Juchi...Una sola observación, no la borréis jamás de vuestra memoria: los Gefes que batieron a nuestros enemigos son, el Exmô. Sr. D. Anastasio Bustamante, y los señores Brigadier D. José Antonio de Echávarri, y Teniente Coronel D. José Velázquez… México, Abril 4 de 1822. Iturbide.". Dos hojas 31 x 21.5 cm.
