Circular con el Plan del Señor Don Agustín de Iturbide.
Puebla de los Ángeles, agosto 4 de 1821. "1º La religión de la Nueva España es y será católica, apostólica romana, sin tolerancia de otra alguna. 2º La Nueva España es independiente de la antigua y de toda otra potencia, aun de nuestro continente. 3º Su Gobierno será Monarquía moderada con arreglo á la Constitución peculiar y adaptable del reino. 4º Será su Emperador el sr. D. Fernando Septimo… Es copia". 1 h., 31.2 x 21.2 cm. Documento que reproduce y hace del conocimiento de los ciudadanos del territorio mexicano lo establecido en el Plan de Iguala.
