Circular sobre Prórrogas a Créditos y la Emisión de Obligaciones Pagaderas.
“Art. 1o., La prórroga concedida al gobierno por el decreto de 29 de noviembre de 1828 se estiende a cuatro meses contados desde la publicación de esta ley. 2o., Los créditos de que hablan los decretos 21 de noviembre y 24 de diciembre de 1827, serán precisamente créditos contraidos desde el grito de iguala en adelante. 3o. se autoriza además al gobierno a emitir con el debido conocimiento de la tesorería general para el efecto prevenido en el art. 17 de la ley de 16 de noviembre de 1824… México 15 de mayo de 1829. 1 h. 29 x 20.5 cm.
