Anverso: Al centro la República Mexicana, en la parte superior los estados de Arizona, Nuevo México y Texas y los presidentes de México y de los Estados Unidos: Venustiano Carranza y Woodrow Wilson, respectivamente con sus banderas. En parte inferior, fotografías de los jefes militares del ejército y la marina de los Estados Unidos. Reverso: Europa Central y las principales potencias europeas involucradas en la Primera Guerra Mundial. Pequeñas rasgaduras y faltantes.
