México: Impreso por Ignacio Cumplido, 1835. 8o. marquilla, 44 p. Sin pastas y sin lomo. WorldCat: 48354842. Muestra un solo ejemplar en El Colegio de México. Sabin: 48444. Plan de Texca de Juan Álvarez contra Santa Anna, y documentos relativos a la resistencia de Zacatecas a desbandar su milicia cívica, lo que trajo como consecuencia la invasión del Estado por parte de Santa Anna. Estos sucesos fueron tomados por los colonos Tejanos como pretexto para independizarse de México.
