Bando sobre el Nombramiento del Primer Presidente de la República Mexicana, Guadalupe Victoria.
Guadalajara, octubre 11 de 1824. "El Congreso general constituyente de los Estados-Unidos mexicanos, habiendo calificado las elecciones de Presidente y Vice-presidente de los mismos Estados, hechas por las legislaturas... todo conforme al decreto de 21 de Julio ultimo, decreta lo siguiente. 1o. Es Presidente constitucional de los Estados-Unidos mexicanos el Ciudadano General de División Guadalupe Victoria, por haber obtenido el solo la mayoria absoluta de los votos de las legislaturas, y calificandola el congreso general con arreglo a la ley. 2o. Es Vice-presidente constitucional de dichos Estados-Unidos el ciudadano General Nicolás Bravo... México 2 de Octubre de 1824". Rúbrica. 1 h., 30.5 x 21 cm.
