Paris: Librairie Hachette et Cie., 1885. fo. marquilla, XII + 469 p. Ouvrage contenant 214 gravures et 19 cartes ou plans. Incluye un mapa a doble página, a color: "Carte des Migrations Tolteques". Pasta posterior restaurada. Encuadernado en pasta dura, lomo en piel. Palau: 67184. Claude - Joseph Désiré Charnay (1828 - 1915) fue un viajero y arqueólogo notable tanto por sus exploraciones en México y América Central como por el uso pionero de la fotografía para documentar sus descubrimientos. En la presente obra, realiza un detallado recuento de su expedición y trabajos arqueológicos llevados a cabo entre 1880 y 1883.
